Hi, I’m Chanel, a Level 4 Therapeutic Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

If you’ve found yourself here you may be considering therapy - well done on taking this important step toward improving your emotional wellbeing.

Finding the right counsellor can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not feeling your best. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is key, so I invite you to explore what I offer to decide if the work I do sounds like something that may be of support to you.

WHAT I OFFER

I work from a Humanistic, Person-Centred approach, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters most to you, gain deeper insight, and discover new perspectives. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges you’re facing and find meaningful ways to move forward.

I offer warmth, kindness, and honesty to support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low mood, and more. These feelings can be triggered by life changes—such as starting a new job, going through a break-up, experiencing bereavement, navigating family difficulties, or moving house—or they may arise without an obvious cause.

Rather than interpreting what you share or giving advice, I will listen with empathy and reflect back what I hear. This creates space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and find your own path forward—one that feels authentic and true to you.

I offer open-ended, weekly 50-minute sessions held online or over the phone, priced at £50 per session. I am available Tuesday to Friday from 7 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

We will discuss your current situation, what you’re looking for from therapy, as well as answering any questions you may have. We will use this as an opportunity to figure out if we are a good match and should we agree to work together, arrange follow up sessions.
